Every bean in this blend is hand-picked at peak ripeness by smallholder farmers who take immense pride in their craft. Coffee cherries are hand-sorted at the farm, washed with clean water, and sun-dried on raised beds — an environmentally friendly process that preserves the bean's natural complexity. Strict quality standards ensure only the finest lots make the cut.
