Kopi Safari is a post-roast blend — meaning each origin is roasted separately to its ideal profile, then blended for a result no single-origin could achieve alone.

• ~45% Central American (Colombia/Guatemala) — the brightness engine; clean acidity, caramel sweetness, and a smooth, approachable body
• ~35% Indonesian (Sumatra/Sulawesi) — the grounding force; full body, low acidity, and that signature earthy, herbal depth
• ~20% African (Ethiopia/Kenya) — the wild card; floral aromatics and fruit-forward complexity that keeps the cup alive
