The result is a medium-dark roast that is rich, full-flavored, and deeply satisfying — a cup that carries the warmth and soul of Latin America in every sip.

- ~55% Central American Arabica (Shade-Grown) — cultivated beneath the canopy of Central American rainforests, where natural shade slows the growth of the coffee cherry, concentrating its sugars and developing the nutty sweetness and mild fruit brightness that define this blend's character. Shade-grown farming also protects biodiversity and provides habitat for migratory birds and wildlife.
- ~45% South American Arabica (Volcanic Soil, Amazon Region) — grown in the nutrient-dense volcanic soils near the Amazon rainforest, where mineral-rich earth and high altitude produce beans with a full body, gentle cocoa depth, and a smooth, lingering finish that anchors the blend with richness and warmth
- Washed Processing + 7-Day Full Sun Drying — an environmentally friendly wet-mill process followed by up to 7 days of full sun drying on raised beds; this dual approach preserves the bean's natural clarity and flavor while producing a consistent, clean cup with excellent shelf stability
