For too long, decaf has been an afterthought — a lesser option for people who "can't have" caffeine, made from inferior beans and stripped of flavor along with the caffeine. This is not that decaf. This is a single-origin, specialty-grade Peruvian coffee from one of the most celebrated cooperatives in South America, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — the only method that removes caffeine using nothing but water, time, and activated carbon filters, leaving the flavor compounds fully intact.

Five Heritage Varieties — Single-Origin Peruvian Arabica:
- Caturra — a natural Bourbon mutation prized for its bright, clean sweetness and consistent quality at high altitudes
- Bourbon — one of the world's most celebrated heirloom varieties; rich, complex, and naturally sweet with a full, rounded body
- Catuai — a Mundo Novo × Caturra hybrid known for its clean, balanced cup with mild fruit notes
- Pache — a natural Typica mutation unique to Central and South America; smooth, mild, and gently sweet
- Catimor — a disease-resistant hybrid that adds body and consistency, ensuring a reliable, full cup in every bag
- Swiss Water Process Decaffeination — 100% Chemical-Free — the gold standard of decaffeination; green coffee beans are soaked in a proprietary "Green Coffee Extract" — water saturated with all the flavor compounds of coffee but none of the caffeine. The caffeine migrates out of the beans into the extract by osmosis, while the flavor compounds remain locked in the bean. The caffeine-laden extract is then passed through activated carbon filters that trap the caffeine molecules, and the process is repeated until 99.9% of caffeine is removed — with zero chemical solvents, zero synthetic additives, and zero compromise on flavor.
