The Process
Barrel aging coffee is a slow, intentional craft. Raw green Guatemalan beans are loaded into retired Bourbon barrels and sealed for 30 days. During this time, the beans breathe — expanding and contracting with temperature changes, drawing in the whiskey-soaked oak's vanilla, caramel, and spirit notes. After aging, the beans are roasted to order at a medium-dark profile that amplifies the barrel character without overpowering the origin's natural complexity.
